    Hi,

    Before I send the console back I'm experiencing the following issue:

    Interruption of sound, crackling. I checked different audio output settings, changed HDMI ports, tried with another HDMI cable, checked on another TV. The problem also occurs after connecting the (wired) headphones to the controller. I also reset the console
    settings, no effect.

    So, it's not TV or screen related, as I've excluded it by connecting the console to another screens, and used different HDMI ports and cables.

    Not a particular game related, but it seems that Watch Dogs Legion main menu is a good showcase.

    Microsoft, it's really software problem. All the owners of any wireless headsets complain on this issue.

    I returned my first console because of this issue and the second console has the same problem. I am assuming this a software issue and that many people just simply don’t notice it.

    Any word on this issue being worked on? A factory reset does not fix the issue and a lot of people are experiencing this exact same thing. It is 100% an audio bug software side. It is not an issue with the hardware. Find it disgraceful no one from Microsoft has commented on this since June abs even then Aicha T hasn’t listened to what the problem is and given a generic response that doesn’t help anyone. If a Microsoft rep sees this please acknowledge that this is an issue and report to the right department who can fix this bug.
