    Series x shutting down


    Day one with the new series x and Im having the same issue when playing COD Cold war in Zombies or Team Deathmatch. If im lucky about 20 minutes in and freezes then powers off. Played COD Black Ops multiple games including Warzone without an issue. Will
    try turning off the ray tracing to see if that helps. Very frustrating.

    Maybe Xbox Live is shutting down on the 360 to make way for the series x/series as s?

    I was running into the same problem for days with no available solutions working. But after disabling a few things while troubleshooting, i found that 4k uhd was the culprit. After disabling it and running 1080p with raytracing enabled, i have had zero
    shutdowns. With 4k enabled i would notice prior to shutdown that the game would stutter when dismounting my aim. Seconds later it would crash. For the past 2 days i have logged multiple 4-5 hour sessions without any problems. Its truly disappointing to have
    a 4k capable console, not capable of 4k. Hopefully a future update will correct this.

    Don't worry managed to get sorted by completing a full shut down of my Xbox series X.

    Yes I did this the other day and it still shuts down after I quit the game, I have checked all my settings and nothing is set for the series x to shut down when I quit a game.
