    Series x shows up as an Xbox one


    My series x shows up on the website as an xbox one, when ok the website i put in my serial number it then adds a second device (my series x) but leaves the xbox one still there listed under my devices. If i remove that xbox one under my devices it doesnt gibe me the option to make the other device (my series x ) the home console. And when i go back into the series x settings and make my home console again it adds the xbox one again under the website, and as my home console! Has this happened to anyone else?

    Yep mine is too and the first day I had it, it showed an Xbox One icon. At least now it shows a Series X icon.

    Someone else I know said theirs shows up as Xbox One also but has a Series X icon.

    Apex coins wont show up on account

    Exact same thing happened to me. I was on the series x and my coins wouldn't show up. I had to log into my xbox one for them to show up.

    As I said I bought it on my Xbox one X and played it and had it on my catalog ! Now after checking on my Xbox series X it’s not there ! Even the add on game showed up but not the main game !

    Did you make sure to get it for your version of the game?

    There is shark cards separately for both the xbox one and xbox series x/s versions of the game. So if for instance you accidentally purchased the ones for the xbox series x/s version of the game but only play on xbox one than that would be one reason for it not showing up.
