    So after 45 min of trying to preorder the new Series X on the Microsoft Store back in September I was lucky enough to get one.

    Then I moved.

    Then I spent literally hours on the phone and online with Microsoft support (and transfered to pretty much every department) only to be told they would not change my shipping address to my new one.

    So essentially, I was given the option of either losing my preorder or shipping it to the wrong address.

    I've been a supporter of XBOX since its inception, so it's very frustrating and disappointing to receive no help for such a simple request.

    I'm to the point that I'm not sure that I want to keep supporting Microsoft since they clearly don't care about me as a customer. There is no excuse for punishing a customer just because they moved.

    Anyone else have this problem and find a solution?
