Series X Says I don’t have Gold

I’ve recently purchased the series x and downloaded my games again. Every time I attempt to play online, it says I don’t have gold and tries to give me options of payment. I assure you I have xbox live gold. I’ve tried multiple methods, but nothing seems to work. Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can you please check if the subscription is active on your Xbox console? If you can send a photo that would be great so we can validate.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Also, please hide any personal information that may be visible.

nevermind! just tried playing FIFA 22 on the series x with the disk in the X, and it’s saying i don’t own it and need to check the disk is in!!

Try removing your account from your Xbox, restart your Xbox then add back account.

If that doesn’t work, trying contacting Xbox support directly and they’ll refresh from their side.

Yeah, I’m having the same problem. Got an Xbox Series X/S, bought the Series X/S version of the game — beat it, got the DLC upgrade but now my save files don’t want to upload saying I have to get my Xbox One file…which I don’t have.

I know I could just delete my saves and start over, but I’m not spending another 50+ hours grinding through to get to where I was in the first place.
