    Series X/S controller freeze occ. with headset pluged in


    My Xbox Series S Controller freezes from time to time when I play Fortnite Duo/Trio/Team with friends and having my Razer Kraken Headset pluged in to the Series S Controller. Then I have to remove battery to restart controller. Same happens with Elite2 controller. FYI - if I play Solo without Headset, all good, never freezes Thx for your help

    Turn your controller off make sure the headset is pluged in and then turn the controller back on.

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.
