Series X/S controller disconnects then reconnects

Anyone know why this is happening , on both my series X and S I get random controller dropouts. It’s like the controller disconnects momentarily then reconnects itself a few seconds later. It’s been a problem for me for a few months and i can go whole game sessions without a disconnect then other times it can be like half an hour in from starting the consoles up or any other random times.

Perhaps some other device is interfering with the console or controllers. If possible, try to move away any equipment that could cause interference.

Clear the console cache by holding the power button until the console turns off, remove the power cord for 1 minute and test if the problem happens again.

If the problem still persists follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>
Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

im on firmware 5.11.3118.0 for xboxc series S controller - latest, been on for weeks, before the problems with constantly disconnecting & reconnecting to the console after the latest console update about 2 weeks ago.

tried the controller firmware rollback via xbox assist, when you check the firmware it just says something went wrong - its on the latest firmware.......

Nothing works fine until the headset disconnects. Then the controller also disconnects and then I have to reconnect by pressing the button on the x box

Yep Im another person where this happens. I've had 2 x New Xbox's, 2 x New Controllers, 2 x Xbox Stereo Adapters.

Problem still persists. I've tried everything.
