Series X Pre-Order

Has anyone else had their Series X Preorder go from Pending status back to Pre-ordered? Does anyone know if this means my order is pushed back? On top of that I chose Microsoft Balance when I first preordered the console but only had a few bucks on there.
I have since added enough to cover the console and I noticed Friday that over $500 disappeared from my Microsoft balance(price of console) but there are zero transactions and I talked to four different departments at Microsoft and they see nothing either.
