Series X pre-order

So when the series X became available for pre order I woke up early(I work graves) and tried to get one and after about 10 minutes it said I had pre-ordered one and that they'd send an email to me with the reciept and other instructions. I took a screenshot
of the confirmation and everything. Low and behold my old email(deactivated) was the one still on my account. I made sure to change it after I woke up. I've looked on the support site and even attempted to call but haven't been able to get in contact with
anyone since "we're experiencing longer than usual wait times" it just gives me options to use the website not actually deal with a real person. I just wanna know if I actually have one pre ordered. Any help would be appreciated.
