Series X: original controller and headset disconnecting

Bought a series x in November no issues so far other than this. I’ll be playing and my controller will disconnect and go into sync mode sometimes it’ll sync back up. My headset also disconnects and will pair back up once the controller has started working again. It’s been happening more often as of late. The Xbox, controller, and headset (stealth 700 gen 2) are all up to date. This is also the controller the console came with. Lately I’ve had to turn my Xbox completely off to get them to sync back up. Plugging them up to the Xbox via type c cord doesn’t help either. I’ve seen people have had issues with this before but are all from awhile back. Anyone else still having issues with this? Getting to the point of where I don’t even want to play from it happening mid game and sometimes multiple times in a single mission.

Hi Slayer398, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Since this is happening with multiple accessories we may need to reset your console to factory default keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I am using the original xbox one model

Yes the controller will randomly disconnect by itself. It also turned off when I plugged in one of my headsets.

The controller I mentioned is the normal xbox series controller.

Yes I updated the controller and the problem still continues.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

I am sorry your facing an issue with the Series X.
Can you confirm whether it is the controller not connecting to the Series X or the Series X not connecting to the TV?

Hi jemi thanks for replying sorry for the delay in answering the controller x box series x worked for some time it disconnected a few times then it started to disconnect often practically every time I used it it was not used with the pc and it is unacceptable that things like this happen to me in 2022 it has already happened to me with the x box one 2 times sent for assistance with the x series it no longer works even with the original cable I think you should try to solve the problem once for all maybe redesigning new controllers but this time with a new technology I would be willing to buy it even out of warranty thanks to you soon
