  1. Series X not recognizing my 1TB storage Seagate card!

I've received my 1TB Seagate storage card today for my Xbox Series X.

I inserted it into the console, but the console didn't recognize the card at all!

I've tried many things to try and fix it, but nothing worked!

If anyone else has had this issue, let me know. I don't know what else to do!

    Xbox Series X questions

You have two options with the Series X, either the official expansion card which adds 1TB extra storage, and you can run your Series X Enhanced games directly from it (link below):

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/seagate-storage-expansion-card-for-xbox-series-x-s/940j83pk147r?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0

Or you can run a USB External hard drive, but you will need to copy your Series X Enhanced games from that to your internal SSD before being able to play. This is the cheaper solution if your happy to copy the games back and forth as you wish, other wise
it's the official Seagate expansion card.

    Hope that helps

    Friends List and Invite Bug

I have, on Xbox App, it says I have a friends list and same with the website

I do have two storage devices, one is a 1TB Series X/S Expansion Card and the other is an older hard drive which is a Seagate Hard Drive

    Storage Device too slow error

Xbox Series X|S games can only be installed on the console's internal storage or the external Seagate SSD card. Link here. External drives are too slow for those games. The external hard drive can only be used to install backward compatible games (Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One).

(solved) Games and Apps not updating with external storage attached

Doesn't help with your issue but I'm surprised that an external storage even works with the Series X as I thought the X had been designed to "only" work with the designated Seagate 1TB drive (the one that costs £250 or whatever it is)

Why won't the Game Pass app (iPhone) recognise that my XsX has an SSD installed?

Also should be noted patched games can only be installed internally or on storage cards

    NOT external hds

Seagate ssd game drive won't cut it it must be the Seagate series x storage cards which uses nvme tech not ssd
