Series X Microsoft Store wont load

For the past 3 weeks my Microsoft store just gives and error message "Something Went Wrong" with a CV: number bottom right.

Gamepass and online are working fine, I can download games use Netflix ext. I have factory reset the console multiple times, restarted the router and done hard resets but nothing has worked. I am also unable to redeem game codes using the store page. Any suggestions are highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hello thanks for the reply. I have been using WiFi connection but have also tried wired aswell. My Xbox says I am connected to IPV4 & IPV6 but sometimes just says IPV 4. Sometimes it also says UpnP unavailable but when I test NAT type a few times is becomes Open and says all services available.

Could you tell me what type of connection you use on your Xbox series x, Wifi or Ethernet?

Thank you I have just cleared it and restarted the console, but still no luck. The same error message on the store but gamepass and all apps work fine. Only the store is down can I purchase games and redeem codes just using the microsoft store on my phone?

Go to your console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced options>alternative mac address>clear. After that restart your console, and check if the store will work.
