SERIES X MIC ISSUES

Hello.

Just a question in the hope that someone knows anything and may be able to help. In the last few months. It seems like I have been having mic issues.

I mute my mic however after a few minutes the mic audio symbol shows up as if it is picking up sound or other players can hear random noises. I have replaced my controller, I have replaced my headset twice and it is still doing it. The only game I really play is warzone and multilayer however I only notice it in warzone. So maybe people get stressed and have a winge and tell me to sort my mic out either though I have had 2 new controllers and 2 new headsets to try and stop this from happening. I have updated all firmware, software and I often check and do thag regular. Unfortunately troubleshooting doesn't even talk about these issues, I can only ever find help for other mic, mute, party chat issues etc but not for this one really irritating issue that is now stressing me out! HELP...

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM OR EVEN SOLVED IT?

if you are able to try testing out the mic on another game. i know warzone has been having alot of different issues including mic issues

after testing your mic in another game and dont notice issues there than its most defiantly a game issue.

if you still continue to have issues i can try my best to help you solve it

Unfortunately, there is no built-in mic on the Xbox Series X and no bluetooth support if you're thinking to go that route.

You will need to attach a headset with a mic to the Xbox Series X controller. The Xbox Series X controller uses a standard 2.5mm audio connection for Xbox Live, you can use any standard headset. (It does not have to be something fancy or expensive.)

No. The Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S consoles do not support those type of mics.

Both the Series X and Xbox One have never supported "just any USB mic". They do not work.
