  1. Series X: Local Cache is almost full, something about go online or achievements affected?

The thing is, opening the notification simply takes me to network settings, and I am most definitely already online and connected. I don’t think I’ve ever used my Series X not online.

I am aware of how to clear the cache including persistent storage, but I am currently working on an achievement that I’ve been at for hours and shutting down the console will void all progress.

What does this mean, how could I possibly have it, and why would achievement progress be affected - and it telling me to go online - if I’m connected 24/7?

Series X Alpha Ring. Running MSFS SU6 beta/preview.

    Cheers

    Local cache is almost full

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this Hassan

May I know if you're using an insider build / beta OS on your Xbox?
Also, when you say "I tried doing here reset several times but never work"?
Do you mean power cycling the console?
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If yes try factory resetting

the console but keeping games and apps

Go to settings > system > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps

PS: you need to register the accounts again. Make sure you know the email and password before that

Local cache is full!! This can affect Achievements, stats, and leaderboards. To save them, go online.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try factory resetting your console keeping the games/apps. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Sorry to hear it. If the powercycle hasn't worked for you then please try a factory reset of the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

No Achievements unlocking Dead Rising 4?

Thank you everyone for your replies. I just received a notification that my local cache is almost full and that it may effect achievements tracking. So I'm currently clearing my cache. Hope this fixes my problem.
