Series X Keeps randomly disconecting for a sec from xbox network

So i have my Series X since december 2022 and now for a few months it keeps kicking me from every game because the xbox disconnects for a second from xbox live
i did everything in this thread but it keeps happening
i even joined Alpha insiders in the hope it would have fixed the issues but it doesn't, i'm on 1Gbps internet and using a high end ethernet cable i even tried 2 other cables i even tried wifi it keeps happening and only on my series x , i have 0 issues on my gaming pc , Xbox one x and my kids their xbox's
so this is a Series hardware issue
i googled but tons of people have the same issue
