Series X Grey Tiles on Home Screen

When I try to add certain games to the home screen they'll show up with a grey tile with no picture. This seems to be happening with some but not all my 360 games. I've tried resetting the console and power cycling and nothing seems to resolve this problem. I was just curious if anyone has encountered this and figured out a solution.

Everything seems to be working just fine. I just found it odd how some games were displaying these grey tiles while others are not. I guess I'll have to see if a future update fixes it.

Hello again, thanks for the feedback, and that's really weird, if the full reset didn't solve the issue, it might be some bug that came in the last update.

However does this affect gameplay in any way, or navigation in console menus?

I actually did both, but the problem remains the same. I'm not part of an insider ring.

When you say you reset the console, did you make the option that keeps the games and Apps, or the option that erases everything?

To set your expectations properly, when you upgrade to an Xbox Series S/X and log in with your existing Xbox account, your Home Screen layout from your Xbox One will not automatically sync because the Home Screen customization (groups, tiles, etc.) is tied to the specific console and does not transfer between devices.
