Series x download upload issues

Thanks for the suggestion i Plugged the xbox into a new router to test worked perfectly,speeds back to normal works flawlessly,binned the old one.

Hi all,anyone else had issues regarding downloading games on series X,have tried all permutions with hard reset of xbox etc & xbox support reccommendations.. but dl seems capped around 12mbps upload about 3-9 mbps flucutates all the time ive plugged
my sons xbox one in and downloads perfectly

I had the same issue, and have a BT Hub 5.

If you have a BT Hub, go into your BT Home Hub router settings.

Use 192.168.1.254 in browser or type bthomehub.home

Go Advanced setting type in admin password that's on the bottom of the router > home network > smart setup and turn smart setup off.

If you have a different ISP/modem, it may be worthwhile looking in settings to see if there's a similar setting you can find.

Speeds on my series X are now at my usual 48-54Mbps instead of 7Mbps average.

I downloaded 79Gb COD WZ in less than 30 minutes. This may be your ISP issue?

As I said, it works fine on my xbox one x, my series x is reporting my d/l and upload speeds incorrectly by a factor of 10.

Same issue here on series x.

Used to upload just fine images to one drive.

This past month nothing uploads, just get queueing for upload status bar. But that eventually vanishes, I go to onedrive nothings been uploaded.

You said Xbox one series X. Xbox one is a separate counsel from Xbox one X or Xbox series X. Only Xbox series S and series X can run goat simulator three. Does your console look like this?
