Series x disc keep reading for 5 minutes then stops is this normal?!

@OldPepsi -- That is normal. As SpringerATC alluded to, around the Summer of 2011 they started to use different discs. I think it was to help counter pirating games, so even when you have a game installed, you will still hear the disc spinning. This should
last 3-5 minutes and then it'll stop. It's normal.

It is say "installation stopped" whenever I try to download it

It may be doing the same as my disc did (interestingly the disc had no issues with my Series X)....whenever it stops, manually resume it and see if the % goes up...it can be arduous if it's stopping every couple of minutes. If the % isn't going up even after an hour of restarting it when it stops, then it's another issue

The Xbox series X will not read the MW2 disc, I have returned it and tried 3 separate copies of the MW2 disc, the console will play other games/discs and read dvds/blue rays as well. But will not read any MW2 disc I insert into the console. The disc will read on my Xbox one. I installed it there and network transferred all the data to the series X and upgraded all the data that was transferred but the console refuses to read the MW2 disc.

I keep having the same issue with the series x wifi just turns off and is unable to find any network at all. I have to restart the series x and it's good for about 5 to 10 minutes then does it all over again its very frustrating

It actually does. I got the Series X this holiday at $349, and the same disc is working perfectly. I have determined that the Xbox One X disc drive is trying to read Cross Gen discs differently than Xbox One discs. The disc drive on the Series X doesn’t have this issue. You might need a new disc or you might need to send your Series X for maintenance.
