    Series X crashing to Dashboard


    Hey I'm looking to see if there's any fix or anyone have tips on why my Xbox keeps crashing games to the dashboard. On reddit I'm seeing this is an issue for alot of people with no work around. I'm out of my warranty period and I've experienced this issue since I purchased the Xbox in 2020. The crashing wasn't as bad back then but I also feel the games I was playing didn't require as much "processing". Games like COD, Cyberpunk etc I always had issues with and experience it more now. I'm now playing the new Dynasty Warriors and anytime I get to a large battle where there's tons of congestion in regards to the amount of movement and action all at once on the screen my Xbox crashes the game and sends me to the dashboard. Any game I play at this point where it gets intense or there's alot going on, it crashes. Yes, the Xbox is in a well ventilated space and is not obstructed by anything. I don't think it's fair that Ill be forced to buy a new Xbox and whose to say this issue will not arise on the new one. Hopefully someone from Xbox can shed some light for me or even any other users can help with this issue. I'm pretty frustrated at this point to where I've thought about switching to the darkside(Sony) . But seriously, as games develop I'm sure they will require more processing and if my Xbox can't keep up, I'll have no choice.

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

    Hulu crashing

    Same problem for me. Series X, Alpha Skip Ahead. As soon as an Hulu tries to load an ad, it crashes to the dashboard. I have reported it through the console too.

    It's not the games. It's the Xbox.

    you need to contact the Support for the publisher, they are the only ones who can fix crash bugs
