    I have been having problems with my series x crashing, consistently without warning. I tried every troubleshooting step to the last resort of complete wipe of the system and manual update with usb Microsoft has yet to address issue because there are more working systems then defective systems so it seem once warranty is over you are forced to pay the extra 325 when Microsoft is unable to feline a explanation which I think is unfair. I Never had this issue with Xbox one s I can play any and everything with no issues. Microsoft fix the issue it is not the games

    Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis
    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    I am sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about this matter here.

    I just want to make sure if you didn't miss a thing. Have you tried to directly plug your console to a wall outlet or different power outlet without using any surge protector?

    To also further isolate the issue, try to connect to a different network like your mobile hotspot and see if the same issue persist using a different connection.

    If you've tried everything but some of your games and services are still working fine, it may be an isolated issue regarding its system. I would advise you instead to report it or file a bug directly to the Xbox team or engineers for them to investigate the issue properly.     Battlefield 2042 hard crashing series X

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    I have this happen occasionally on the series X as well after playing some time like 3+ hours the system might crash and freeze then turn off. This happens the most for me at least on sea of thieves.
