Series X | Crashes on all games

I’ve performed all of the necessary troubleshooting steps with Support from a full system reset all the way to Offline Update and lowering resolution. Every game I play crashes within 5–10 minutes.

Examples:

-Rocket League I can get maybe get a whole match in before a crash.

-DOOM Eternal can’t even view the main menu

Plugged into wall directly, HDMI 2.1 cable to an LG CX TV, deleted and re-installed various games. So my main question is, after owning this console for less than 2 years am I seriously expected to pay $200-$250 for a repair? This equipment is faulty and my warranty JUST ran out on Nov 21, 2022. I take excellent care of my electronics, feels like bad business to put this on the consumer. RROD had free repair, this should as well considering this is a known issue. Is there anything I can do that isn’t going to put me out more money for this? Is there possibly a thermal paste issue?

I’m having the same problem with my Series X and Halo. Sometimes just the game crashes, sometimes the entire console shuts down. I have tried all of the above suggestions and it still happens.

I purchased the Series X specifically for Halo. Very frustrating.

The cost you pay it's not for a repair, it's a console replacement, the problem could be not related really to the hardware of the console, you should try factory reset, remove external storage while using games, sometimes you need to use a different power outlet

We don't recommend you to try fix it yourself, as this could cause more damage and you will lose the opportunity to get a replacement from Xbox

The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

it's pissing me really off.

I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )

The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

I have tried all these fixes and I am still having the same problem, it crashes within 10mins to an hour every time. Only game that I have this issue with on Series X.

Yes there is a major prob with halo infinite only crashing on the series x , I personally have not been able to play this game for months due to this prob . I have reported it numerous times and there are a lot of people with the same crashing issues .Its a prob 343 needs to fix!! It only does this on the series x for some reason.
