    Series X crackling.


    Since about a week ago, the dashboard on my series x and within various games, there has been audio crackling and popping.

    It's a hardware issue as I can hear it through headphones as well.

    Anyone else have this problem ?

    Sadly in this case it is a console hardware failure and repair is needed.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions.

    - Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    - Is this happening on both TV and headphone audio?

    - Are you using an HDMI hub/splitter?

    - Besides your TV, do you have other external devices plugged into your console?

    Guess that update didn't work. I just got a Series X about 2 weeks ago. There are often audio crackles, pops, or static while navigating the dashboard. I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. My first Xbox since 360, and this is what I get😡. Microsoft, fix this problem!
