    Series X controller will not cut system on


    I just got a Series X and when I hit the power button on the controller the console will not cut on the light on the controller just blinks until it stops. System cuts on fine when I turn it on on the console but I don’t want to get up and walk across the
    living room everytime I turn it on.

    It also will not download games or updates while off.

    And also when I customize the homescreen and put gamepass below community for instance whenever the console restarts it puts it all back to defaults. It also does this if I just customize it and then do a refresh of the homepage like it just won’t save any
    of my customizations.

    Did I get a dud out of the box what the heck is going on?

    Some corners need to be cut for budget, but be sure to follow Stuart's advice. Even if they don't improve the One X, they could improve the series X.

    Unfortunately I have not found a fix. Headsets use the same tech as the controller (No IR) So I’m a little puzzled on why audio/voice cuts in and out. But once I go behind my tv and get a direct line of sight to my series x no issues.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
