    Hello. I have had the same problem as some others with the right trigger on my series x controller sticking when fully pushed in. When I first got the problem I searched on some forums and found out that it was the dampning foam for the trigger that was
    glued incorrectly in place and the trigger got in contact with the glue for the foam and therefore sticking. So I decided to try to fix the problem myself because it seemed like an easy-fix. So I removed panel thats just clipped in on the side (the one that
    goes in your palm). Then i gently tried to push the foam in place and the problem was gone for some time. But yesterday it came back, I tried to do the same as I did last time but it didn't work because the trigger now had glue on it and there were excessive
    glue around the foam as well. And I had read that some just used a q-tip with some alcohol to clean up the excessive glue. When I tried to do that, the entire foam bit fell of and some of the plastic around turned white. I think I can glue it back my self
    but then I have to remove the entire back panel and to do that I have to remove the warranty stickers wich I haven't done yet. But is the warranty still even valid now after what happend? If it is I don't really want to remove the sticker...

    How do I get a hold of support about being sent a broken controller back from a service request?

    Same thing. Sent in for repair 4 times due to the same thing. I have an Elite Series 2 controller. $180 for a paperweight now. Never again.

    All controller issues so far:

    1st stick drift

    2nd trigger button sticking and thumping so loud that people over the phone can hear it clicking

    3rd D-Pad was sticking

    4th stick would register that it was pushed 1/4 of way even though pushed all the way.

    5th Now it's the right stick that sticks in down position so now if I don't move it my camera spins while looking down and there's a really bad thumping when you move the same stick.

    With the Fifth issue they won't let me send it back.

    Joystick clicks (no not pressing down)

    I stated it is the Xbox Series S|X.

    The clicking happens when I move the stick back and forth, not when I press down on it. I know it clicks when it's pressed down, it isn't the problem.

    I just want to know if I was replaced with a broken controller or if this is normal

    I'm having a similar issue on a Series X my controller will work for a awhile in multilayer then I'll lose my right stick. Even when I switch to another controller during play that one will also have an issue with the right stick. If I power down then back on it will work for awhile maybe even hours but then randomly does it again.

    I am also having issues with my controller analog stick. Mostly it happens when I play Overwatch and the stick "sticks". I am hoping it will be fixed with the controller design for the Xbox Series X.
