Discus and support Series X controller not connecting to iOS for remote play in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; I know there have been threads about this but could we get an update from Microsoft regarding this issue?     Series X controller not connecting to iOS for remote play


    I know there have been threads about this but could we get an update from Microsoft regarding this issue? To explain I ordered a series x controller but when i log in to remote play on my ios app it doesnt recognise the controller and asks me connect
    one. I know it is connected via bluetooth because my settings show that it is. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

    The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

    Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

    Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

    Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

    XBOX Series X remote play only works when connected TV is turned on.

    I recently got my Series X, same thing happens, remote play doesnt work when TV is off, after spaceship loading screen, it goes to black screen, then after a minute or so, it disconnects.

    Only difference for me is that, PC, Android and iOS doesnt work.

    When TV is on, it works perfectly, what gives?
