    I recently bought the series x, so far im amazed my only issue is, regardless of it saying all my connection are good ill still get dashboarded. I thought it was onky cold war doing it and afrer the recent update it somewhat fixed it. Im just wondering should i wait for updates or just hrt a new series?

    Can you confirm whether it is the controller not connecting to the Series X or the Series X not connecting to the TV?

    Why can I not install game pass games on the USB external hard drive?

    Series S/X games cannot be played from a hard drive connected via USB. Series S/X games can only be played from the internal drive or the official expansion cards that attach directly in the back of the console. Again, no USB connected drives can play Series S/X games.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Pointless since no real support but can't access my Xbox Series X or S since 24hrs and nothing works

    Wired connection for the Series X and wireless for the Series S. Doesn't seem to make much difference.
