Series X can't/won't connect to wifi

I bought a Series X three weeks ago. For the first two weeks I could connect to my wifi without any issues.

Now, and for the last three days, the Xbox either cannot see any wifi networks or, on the rare occasions it can, it says it cannot connect.

I have tried everything suggested on the help pages but it cannot connect.

Every other device in my house can see the wifi and is having no problem connecting, leaving me to assume that my Xbox is defective in some way.

I can connect via ethernet, but that's a massive pain to do so.

I'd love to discuss this with Xbox or Microsoft but it's impossible to get through to anyone.

Help?

Hi Jesse.

Sadly not, because I am not given the option to. When I click on ‘set up wireless network’, it does not give me a list of networks to choose from. It just gives me the option to ‘add wireless network’, which I do but it then tells me it could not connect.

This is made more confusing because for a fortnight it was working perfectly.

Can you try connecting it to your Phone's hotspot and see if that makes a difference?

It still hasn’t worked - it can no longer find the network, unless I do a wired connection, which just isn’t convenient to do.
