    Series s won’t stay on


    So I got an Xbox series s as a Christmas gift and it worked great for about a month but then it turned itself off and now it’ll stay turned for about 5 minutes max then turn itself off again. anyone else have this problem?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We will be performing troubleshooting steps, MSR such as resetting the internal power supply by following the steps below:

    "Unplug the power cord from the console.

    Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console."

    Also, make sure that your console is plugged directly into a wall socket and not on a power strip/surge.
