Series S will not connect to network

4. Try resetting your network settings on your Xbox Series S. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

If your phone also disconnects from the WiFi it means that there is an issue with your connection.

Have you tried using a different network connection and connecting your Xbox just to test it out and isolate the issue further?
