    Series S pre order status


    My Microsoft series S order was charged to my credit cars on the 31st of October, the status went to pending from preorder. Now this morning the charge is gone from my credit card and my preorder has reverted from Pending status back to the previous pre
    ordered status.

    Anyone know what this means. I called the support line and got zero help....
