Discus and support Series s packs in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a sorta used series s (the guy bought it claimed packs and returned it) and I unable to the claim the packs for my account.     I bought a sorta used series s (the guy bought it claimed packs and returned it) and I unable to the claim the packs for my account. Is there anything I can do about it?

    Xbox series s graphics issue

    So the xbox series s cant run the call of duty series X/S version properly?

    Why is it called series s version if it can't run it properly?

    Running on a new(ish) samsung TV so that shouldn't be the issue

    So you think removing the textures pack should fix? The textures pack was 61 gig so wasn't a small download.

    While the speed of the series s is great the other thing I was looking forward to was the graphics so it's disappointing can't play the game to its potential with texture pack etc

    The Series X controllers available now uses the same official battery packs as the Xbox One and Series S controllers.

    They're actually the same game. The only difference is that for cross-gen bundle it does include versions of Xbox One and Series X/S with add-ons from Pack 1 to Pack 6.

    But then if it;s the wrong battery pack, it shoudn't work with either controller ...the fact it works in one but not the other points to an issue with the second controller

    The Xbox One Venom battery pack won't even fit in the Series X controller (or at least not without trimming bits off it)..as the OP can fit the pack with no issue, it suggests it's the right battery pack. Unless Venom have released more than one battery pack for the Series X?
