    Series S Issue


    Howdy Xbox and the greater (than sony) Microsoft Community! I got an Xbox Series S console back in November, and I love it. Since then however, I have had trouble getting games to load from the internal hard drive, and an external hard drive I have connected to the console. When it happens, I have to hard reset the machine, and have even had to reset to factory a couple times. Has anyone else had this problem? Please advise.

    Xbox Series X Captures do no have Dialogue.

    A Series S is technically different hardware. I haven't seen anyone with a Series S post this issue. They all seem to have a Series X.

    No worries, it's the setting for Xbox Series S as well. By the way, what is the exact error or issue that your son is getting whenever he is trying to play or sign in on Xbox Series S?
