Series S is connected to network but download is still "not available"

I have an Xbox Series S console that is connected to my network (I'm using a FritzBox router), but it is not downloading anything. The issue has started about 1 or 2 months ago (can't tell the exact date since I took a gaming break). My internet connection is stable and other devices have no issues. I have already tried restarting the console, clearing the cache, and updating the software (had to use my phone's hotspot to be able to download the update), but nothing has resolved the issue. The 'Detailed network statistics' on my Xbox show 100% wireless strength, but the download speed and upload speed are not available (MTU is also not available), and the packet loss is 1%. I have also tried connecting the console directly to the router via an Ethernet cable, but this did not help. I have changed the Xbox's DNS settings to OpenDNS, but the issue still remains.

Any ideas?

Network incompatibility seems very unlikely to me since I'm using this router for 2 years now and never had issues with my console before.

The link you added leads me to a support page for Multiplayer connectivity and the issues stated there don't really match mine.
I will take a look at the firewall settings and check if there's anything I can do there.

EDIT: Ok, just checked the settings for my Fritzbox's firewall. I've already forwarded these ports a couple of weeks ago:

UDP 88

UDP 3074

UDP 53

UDP 500

UDP 3544

UDP 4500

TCP 3074

TCP 53

TCP 80

Unfortunately, this didn't change a thing at all.
