Series 2- Stick drift AGAIN?!

I have had my controller for less than 2 months and the left joystick has become next to unresponsive. It has been impossible to contact anyone from Microsoft to discuss the issue. When the controller was purchased, I was told it was a 1 year limited warranty.
Now it's 3 months and says it is out of warranty, but I've only had it for 60 days! Please help!

the series 1 had any stick drift ?or just had the series 2...

Well i don't know where you from but here in Europe, you have 1 year of warranty. And 3 month for a quick replacement. If i'm not wrong.

Hi,I am sorry for your issue... do you have a valid proof of the purchase? With that you can directly contact the support and ask them to verify if the warranty is still valid, sometimes Microsoft register the product automatically after some time even if
they have not yet been sold by the shops, but if you have bought it only three months ago they should update the registrtion of your purchase

have you registered the controller?

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

click on Add Device then select Xbox Accessory and follow the onscreen instructions.

if that doesn't show the correct warranty you will need to talk directly to Xbox Support by going to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and clicking the Contact

I have a tiny bit of stick drift on my Series 2, but it isn't bad.

Did you try setting the sticks to the highest tension? That might help.
