    Also I just looked it up on google, if you haven't already try removing the cloth from the back of the controller. It is there to protect it from the metal prongs. If it is on though it will be unable to charge. Hope this helps a little bit.

    Hey there, It looks like this could be a defective unit. When you try to charge it do you feel the controller vibrate? If not yea my best guess would be that the unit is defective.

    Hi,

    I u understand that the Series X controller will be using a USB C connector to charge the battery (same as the Elite 2 controller), so charging stations that use micro USB won't work.
