    Series 2 Elite controller return


    I have attempted to return my series 2 controller due to issues with the bumpers and have had the package returned to me without replacement. The instruction email stated to print off 3x commercial invoices but didn’t say what to do with them?! I put them in the box but the reason for returning to me was ‘no invoice’. Has anybody else returned a controller successfully and know where to put the invoices?

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.
