series 2 elite controller case

Sometime last week, I sent in my series 2 elite controller so it can be replaced, because the one I had was having some issues. So sent it in with the case, and the box it came in. I did NOT put my thumbsticks, paddles, or any of the other things in it.
I didn't know that when I get my replacement, that I only get the controller, not another case to come with it. To be honest, it would make sense for the replacement to be shipped in a new case(just without all the attachments). This kind of irritated me,
so I now have no case to store my accessories in, and set my controller in for it to charge. is there any possible way that I can get a new series 2 case, or have the one shipped back/returned to me?

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller

You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but when sending in the controller it does state to only send the controller itself as nothing else is guaranteed to come back. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Well, I guess I'll just give up, I already tried contacting support about it, but nothing. I understand the part about the controller itself, but I thought the replacement will come in a empty carrying case. So, I didn't think much of it. Microsoft should
put the elite controller cases up in the store so if this happens, someone can just buy a new one.
