    Hello,

    Since I play warzone on my Xbox serie s with a mouse and keyboard I'm forced to use the controller for my headset 3.5 input. Because on the console itself is no 3.5 headset input. No big deal for me.. I thought.. The controller keeps turning off everytime after 15 minutes even while I'm in a party using my headset. I just want to controller to stay on so I can keep the sound and microphone working. Is there any option instead of pushing a button between the 15 minutes? It's not helping me with my mouse and keyboard when the sound randomly drops out in game.

    I've tried using the USB C cable connected with the Xbox and put the batteries out that also didn't work. It keeps turning of every 15 minutes.

    I researched everything on Google and this forum but I can not find any solution.

    Please help me!

    Maybe the second option you mentioned works. Simply pressing any button to keep the controller from shutting down would be the simplest thing to do.

    Yes, if you are not controlling the controller it will automatically shut down.

    Sadly has no way to change the time the controller automatically shuts down. If you don't press any button on the controller it will automatically turn off.

    The solution would be to press any button on the controller or buy a wireless headset, some Turtlebeach models work wirelessly with the console.

    If you are purchasing any wireless headset, make sure the manufacturer expresses that the model is compatible with the console.

    Is a USB to aux converter an option? Does this work?

    Otherwise maybe a rubber band on a button that I will not use in game?

    I can't stand that they force me to buy a brand new headset for this..

    New gen.. what a joke
