Serial Number Register

I tried to register headset on the site.

Serial number has letters, site would not accept letters

tried only the numbers and serial number was rejected

Unfortunately, because i bought the elite controller on its own, i cant seem to register it. When asking where to find the serial number there is no option for the xbox elite series 1. Other people have said unless you bought the package (Which i didn't)
there the serial number option doesn't register the serial number of the controller. the only way to register a xbox elite controller is to by the paddle package and then the serial number is accepted. Personally i don't want to have to buy something just
to be able to see if a warranty is still active.

To get a replacement on an accessory, go to
http://myservice.xbox.com and register your console with the serial number. To find your serial number go to my games and apps, settings and then console, and then console info. Your serial number will be there. After you register your console you can get
replacement accessories as long as your console is under warranty

you will have to contact amazon for the serial number

if you had registered the console with the serial number then ms can look it up however you will have to contact the seller

I cannot register it, because it says the serial number is invalid
