September's play an game pass game for at least 30 minutes

Was to to ask here after being told to post to another part of the forum by another member of Xbox I just wanted to know when/if we'll be receiving the rewards for September's download and play between 1-5 plays game pass games for at least 30 minutes for
different awards?

Just wanted to see when/if we'll be receiving the rewards for September's download and play between 1-5 plays game pass games for at least 30 minutes for different awards?

 

I Received the Wrong Prize for Game Pass

For September's Game Pass challenge, I played 5 game pass games for at least 30 minutes. Today I received my reward, which was the reward for playing a single game for 30 minutes. This is the wrong reward, as I should have received the 10$ reward and been
entered into the giveaway.

I even made sure I played for at least 35-40 minutes just to be sure on a few of the games, such as Pac-man.

Any idea what happened or if I can get my actual prize?

Rewards will be sent out to eligible customers up to 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. Since this had just ended at the end up September, please be sure to post a new thread here if you do not receive your rewards by the end of the month so
we can take a closer look.

That's a LIE cause I've had a look at the discussion boards and others got their September Game Pass rewards and I had played at least 4 of the 5 (not sure on the 5th) so I should of at least got 4 of the rewards for playing them. Also don't dare send me
any films cause it's a GAME PASS REWARDS so the rewards should be either memberships to Xbox live or Xbox Game Pass or how about a game under a certain price?

it says there:





The promo period is from 1 September 2017 at 12:00 a.m. United States Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 30 September 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period").










I believe you will get the gifts via the Xbox messaging centre and it is sent APPROXIMATELY 4 weeks after the end of the promo. So, that'll be 4 weeks after Sep 30.





Since it is the end of October, kindly wait for your rewards. It may have been sent by waves. Don't worry, you will get what you should have.

Well if you had looked at what I wrote and what has been posted o the discussion board you'll see people got theirs within a week or 2 and if it's approximately 4 weeks after September 30th then when I posted that message yesterday, 4 weeks had already
gone past, it's now going into the 5 week since the promotion ended so I should of had it by now on that bases and anyway it's now NOVEMBER so its defiantly been more than 4 weeks. So again where are the rewards for the promotion.
