Septembers game pass challenge rewards not coming through

so I completed septembers game pass challenge thing for playing 30 minutes on 5 games to receive 2 rewards, 1 mystery reward ( which I have received as 1 month of Xbox live gold ), and an entry into the 400$ Xbox store reward. It also said that they would
send me a message to my gamertag once the month was over. At the start of this month I hadn’t received any messages from Xbox live, so i googled it and it said that it could take up to 2 weeks. Still nothing other than my mystery reward.

September Game Pass Quest reward not received

Guess I’ll be using that support form as well. I never got Septembers Gold or Gamepass rewards.

Apologies ain't accepted, cause if you look at other posts off mine I'd been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for someone to just reply, so how long am I gonna have to wait for this to be sorted. Cause it shouldn't take you lot this long to give people the rewards
that they'v earned. Also Cause of the stupid wait and aggro I've had to go through to just to get a reply and to get this sort I better not get any movies, it better be either games or Xbox game pass/ Xbox live subsciption that I get.

Lol thanks, but since I've been trying to sort this out since the beginning of November I'm not holding my breath lol. FYI Microsoft the fact it take this long to do something is a disgrace for a company your side
