September Live Gold Quest

I've been advised by Xbox support to ask a question about my issue here.

I took part in the September Xbox live Quest in which you played Crossout, Trove and Livelock for 30 mins. If you played the required 30mins of one game before 15\10\2018 you won one prize and if you played all three you won three prizes.

I played an hour of each game in early October well before the 15th and the Xboxliveoffers.com Quest site shows 100% for each game. Therefore I expected two prizes four to six weeks after the 15\10.

Six weeks ended on the 26\11\2018 and I am still to receive my prizes. I've contacted MS both MS and Xbox but they keep referring me to each other until today when I was told by Xbox to post here.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this gratefully received
