September GamePass Quest Reward has not arrived.

Hi

I completed the halo MCC GamePass Quest in September, all sections showed 100% completed.

I have not received my £5 gift code by xbox message.

Can this be resolved please?

September Game Pass Quest reward not received

Guess I’ll be using that support form as well. I never got Septembers Gold or Gamepass rewards.

 

Game Pass Quest rewards not yet received for August

Hi, I believe that the conditions for these quests have stated that you should receive the reward within the following month after completion. As such, if the quest was an August quest, the reward should arrive sometime during September. If you haven't
received the reward by the end of the month, I'd advise posting in the "Sales and Promotions" subsection of the Xbox section of these forums so that the proper support staff can assist.

No, not solved.

I'm under the impression that Microsoft promotions staff will reply and fix my issues.

That is what support advised.

But support sent me here because they aren't able to help. this is so frustrating.

They have something called GamePass Quest and yet no one seems to know who runs it. absolutely bonkers.
