September Game Quest reward

Discus and support September Game Quest reward in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I completed the September Game Quest and was supposed to get a $5.00 gift card reward but I have still not received it.     September Game Quest reward


    I completed the September Game Quest and was supposed to get a $5.00 gift card reward but I have still not received it. I have contacted Xbox support twice and they said that they would send it to me right away through the Message Center on my Xbox One
    but its still not there. Can anyone help with this problem?

    I Have not received my Xbox Quests rewards for September, October, or November, and have slap completed December's

    September Game Quest reward

    I believe they said it can take around 2 weeks to send them out after September ends, so i'd give it a few more days.

    The ToC's for the quests state that rewards are sent out around 4-6 weeks after the quests promotion period has ended.
