September Game Pass.

So november has cime about and I'm still yet to receive any rewards for completing September's Game Pass challenge after being told be sent to me within 30days of 30th September. So how long do I have to wait to receive them?

September Game Pass Rewards

Hello, I participated in the September Game Pass Rewards where you downloaded up to five games and played 30 mins or more of each game. There were several prize tiers and it also lead to a ultimate prize.

I downloaded and played 4 games and more than 30 mins each. I waited for my reward, as it was supposed to come directly to my Xbox dashboard in the messages or via the Xbox app. Nothing ever arrived and I contacted Xbox Support. The agents would tell me
to wait, but then today, I was told to contact Xbox Live Rewards as they are not involved with this.

The original rules, as linked, show that they would be given away after the 30th within four weeks. I completed the reward tasks by the 14th of September.

I know several people that received their rewards, and even looked on forums such as Reddit. I have yet to receive any rewards and I even had a case with Xbox Support but was never returned with details on why I never received them.
