SEPTEMBER GAME PASS REWARDS

So this is my 5th time meassaging you lot, maybe I'll finally get a answer and hopefully get the rewards that you lot OWE ME. So november has come about and I'm still yet to receive any rewards for completing September's Game Pass
challenge after being told be sent to me within 30days of 30th September. So how long do I have to wait to receive them? Also are you lot gonna be bothered to get back to me? Cause if you don' wanna then I'll just have to report you to trading standards for
false advertising, Cause saying your gonna give rewards for play between 1-5 rewards for playing between 1-5 games and not give said rewards could be seen quite bad for you lot

September Game Pass Rewards

Hello, I participated in the September Game Pass Rewards where you downloaded up to five games and played 30 mins or more of each game. There were several prize tiers and it also lead to a ultimate prize.

I downloaded and played 4 games and more than 30 mins each. I waited for my reward, as it was supposed to come directly to my Xbox dashboard in the messages or via the Xbox app. Nothing ever arrived and I contacted Xbox Support. The agents would tell me
to wait, but then today, I was told to contact Xbox Live Rewards as they are not involved with this.

The original rules, as linked, show that they would be given away after the 30th within four weeks. I completed the reward tasks by the 14th of September.

I know several people that received their rewards, and even looked on forums such as Reddit. I have yet to receive any rewards and I even had a case with Xbox Support but was never returned with details on why I never received them.

Apologies for delated reply here, and thanks for posting back. We have passed your details along to the appropriate team and we will post back here when we have an update to provide.

 

Apologies ain't accepted, cause if you look at other posts off mine I'd been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for someone to just reply, so how long am I gonna have to wait for this to be sorted. Cause it shouldn't take you lot this long to give people the rewards
that they'v earned. Also Cause of the stupid wait and aggro I've had to go through to just to get a reply and to get this sort I better not get any movies, it better be either games or Xbox game pass/ Xbox live subsciption that I get.

 

It's been 4 days since you replied and still not a word from anyone, am I gonna get a reply or even an explanation as to why it takes most of a month to figure out why I've not received my rewards yet? Any idea how long it'll take for someone to provide
me with my rewards?

Lol thanks, but since I've been trying to sort this out since the beginning of November I'm not holding my breath lol. FYI Microsoft the fact it take this long to do something is a disgrace for a company your side

Shame it doesn't work and also I completed 4 out of 5 of that months challenge so I should be getting more than one reward.
