September Game Pass Quest reward not received

Hi, I didn't get a message from XBL about the reward for the September quest for Halo MCC.

When I checked online, all requirements were complete.

Maybe related, but I still can't see Quest section under the "Featured" section for Game Pass (I can see the regular Gold Quests under that featured section though).

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

I just tried contacting support and they directed me back here.

"Here's our game plan, please wait for our Forums Moderator and Ambassadors to reply back on your thread within 24-72 hours."

Just wanted to bump this.

I know people have said that these are distributed in waves through October and to be patient. However, it's past the end of October, so a full month after the September Quest.

Any thoughts on how to get some help on it?

I do understand your feelings towards this and as it states on the
Xbox Game Pass Quests Program OfficialRules

Special Offer gifts will be fulfilled directly to
Xbox Live accounts through the Message Center. Sponsor will determine all details of the Special Offer awarded in its sole discretion. Special Offers will be fulfilled approximately
4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion Period.

Hey, just wanted to check in again. Haven't seen anything new from Quests in my messages from Xbox Live. It's getting towards the end of November and from what's been quoted to me, anything from September should have been process by the end of October.

Anything else we can do here?

Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delay regarding the Xbox Game Pass Quest Reward. Now normally the reward is sent through the Xbox Message Center the following month. I would recommend reporting it to our
Rewards Team at: Rewards
Support. The form will ask what reward is missing and if there is any additional information you think they will need to investigate the case.

They will investigation it and email you within 24-48 hours. Make sure to respond to their email with any questions you have regarding the case.

Guess I’ll be using that support form as well. I never got Septembers Gold or Gamepass rewards.

Sorry to hear the issue with receiving the rewards is still being persistent. Here is a bit of information that may help.

As stated in the
Xbox Live Gold Quests Offer Program: "
Offers will be fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks after conclusion of the Program Period. "

In the Xbox
Game Pass Quests Official Rules it states: "Special Offer is available while supplies last." and "
Sponsor will determine all details of the Special Offer awarded in its sole discretion.
Special Offers will be fulfilled approximately 4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion Period. "

Please review the official rules above and see if the account(s) meet the requirements. If the accounts did not meet it then, unfortunately the rewards will not be received.

If the requirements have been met then, you will have to wait to receive the rewards
4-6 weeks after the end date.

After talking to two more support chat people the second one basically just gave up and gave me an extra month of Xbox Live and I was just so tired of dealing with all of this that I was just like "Fine, thanks". Sometimes the support chat doesn't even
seem to know what an Xbox even is and then sometimes it's someone that actually does know but still can't help you so they do the next best thing, lol. Whatever. I'm done with this. Good luck anyone else still hoping to get that Halo ODST DLC. I have yet
to hear of anyone actually receiving it.

I've contacted MS Customer Support directly twice now. I was told both times that they have no ability to help me with this and directed me to the this forum, saying it was the only source of support.

Feel like this isn't going to be resolved.
