    So, seeing as Mister Maka wants everyone to make a new thread for each new issue for each individual user, I feel it's only fair to oblige.

    The forced update on Monday (not part of the Preview Program, I left it earlier this year because I was sick of being a guinea pig. Also, automatic updates are turned OFF!) has caused my Xbox One to begin to lag ALL THE TIME! Worst of all is when I'm playing
    Warframe and using the chat. I have to type messages with a controller (Wired) using the on-screen keyboard.

    I have a Wired Internet Connection, I have to use a power strip to plug my console in (plugging directly into the wall is not an option), I have had my 500GB Xbox One for about a year. I use Energy Saving Mode, so I have to do a full startup and shutdown
    every single day. I do the same to my internet. I use a 5TB Seagate USB 3.0 External HDD and I have tried running my games from both the Internal and External HDD (NO PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCE WAS NOTICEABLE!). I'm in the UK, no, we haven't had a power cut, and
    yes, like I have said, I do multiple full resets EVERY SINGLE DAY!

    Now, Warframe has just crashed on me after having trouble synching data. Yes, Warframe calls them Network Errors, no, it is not actually an error with Warframe's servers, yes, my internet is working fine, and no, my ISP has no scheduled maintenance.

    FIX THIS NOW! I don't need sympathy, I need the product I'm paying you for! This is Microsoft's fault, I have tried everything and this is not my first rodeo! Stop wasting your user's time and remedy the issue that YOU have caused! How on Earth this made
    it out of testing, I'll never know, but it may have something to do with loads of Preview Members (like myself) leaving the Program because it semi-permanently breaks your console, and I'm not even getting paid for the inconvenience.

    Haven't you taken enough from us? We already pay you for the hardware and the software and the online service, the least you could do is make it WORK!

    After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

    I have also been getting a lot of lag in all my games from the update that came out 15th September, but was forced to update 2 days ago

    I use wired connection internet is fine, did a hard reset didn't work, was told to factory reset again didn't work so clearly this update is the problem

    Hi I was suspended till June 19th I notice my account shows that im suspended but its don't show no suspensions..and I contact Xbox live support and found out im suspended till September 15th

    i'm sorry to say, but it's clear from browsing the forums that they pushed out an update that wasn't ready or fully tested. as you know, there is no way to avoid it. they also started forcing updates on windows 10, and with the insider preview program
    if you stay on an old build too long it will "expire". meaning you can't even boot and have to fully reinstall windows 10. (terrible decisions all around). unfortunately, complaining won't speed anything along. the best thing i can think of is to file
    clear and accurate bug reports. not exactly sure where the best place for that is. the forum mods do seem to be able to communicate issues to "higher-ups". by now they should be quite aware that they seriously messed up. conveniently, part of the xbox
    one terms of use forbids class action.

    the troubleshooting that official and unofficial support gives are totally a joke. power strip causing all sorts of problems, come on! do they even understand how electricity works...? anyway, truly the only solution, if you already did hard reset, and
    factory reset (as any slightly knowledgeable person would have already tried), then the only real option is to wait until they make a new update. for those who have managed to avoid it, i'd suggest staying offline to block this update if you want to be safe.
    for those who can't even boot their console, i'm not even sure what to suggest. don't know how they can download a future update to fix it, if the console doesn't even get that far.

    i'm not saying your post was pointless, just that we are basically at their mercy. perhaps taking stronger action would help those with the means to do so. (that's not advice to do anything malicious.) the situation would be the same for "other" rival
    systems, however i don't think their new updates has caused this many problems. if it had though, we'd all be in the same boat, just with a different captain steering us into the rocks...

  5. Either way, they need to hurry the fix along. Besides, they've always got something new to sell us, be it the Xbox One S or the Scorpio next year, so I figure they won't be wanting any bad press or loss of potential customers.

    It'll get fixed, though I hope it's before XCOM 2 next week.

    If anything, the problems are now worse.

    I have an original Xbox One, not an Xbox One S.

    This is intolerable. My games barely work at all now. I've recorded game clips of some of the stuff, but seriously, why has this not made front page news throughout the gaming media yet?

    You should be ashamed of putting out software updates as dodgy as this.

    I bought the Xbox one S Fifa 17 bundle yesterday. And since then i've witnessed this as well. Lag just throughout the whole Xbox UI. Even ingame i cant play it properly. Is there a fix yet?

    No fix yet ( so today's update was for?) The only thing we can do is keep this posts in the front page, hope more people with the same problem see them and reply, and wait until MS notice us and take action. Otherwise, radio silence.

    This is NOT a hardware problem. Its MS software related. Maybe we need more posts with title saying " xbox one s" and "4K", those seem to attract attention, huh?

    support staff doesn't care, the ambassadors don't know anything, and MS officially has not even recognized this issue despite the HUGE amount of complaints. (i'm sure behind the scenes staff is being told to stall us as long as possible.)

    i try to keep people informed, and i am "demoted" for no reason, because they don't want what we are saying to be linked to those with "ambassador status" because then people will take it seriously and realize they got ripped off! come on someone needs
    to chime in here. MR MS MRS ANYONE? why do you guys think they haven't yet? they are being told not to admit any fault!!!

    If anything, the problems are now worse.
