    October 2014 updates and beyond

    with the September update being released in late august, any word on October update yet or future updates such as spring 2015 or any other major updates? Just curious.

    external hard drive no longer recognized after update

    Same here. Since the update (sept 2015) my external is not recognized by the console. Power cycling SOMETIMES helps. This is a bummer, as probably 70% of my xbox one use is accessing content on this drive.

    The drive has no problems being detected by a computer.

    The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

    Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

    Keep in mind that MyVip spending progress is reset every year. It was previously Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2015, but from instead of Sept 2015 to Sept 2016 they extended it to December 31st 2016 so that the NEW reset dates are January 1st to December 31st.

    Oh yeah! I use it on Skyrim. Quick swapping weapons thanks to Kinect is so nice. I don't use it for shouts, I can never get that to work out right for me, but I love to swap weapons and spells.

    The update next year is going to add a visible skill number. The skill based matchmaking isn't really going to change.
