Seperate password for purchases

Currently you can set permissions restricting children from purchasing from the store without permission, this will require the child to input the parent's password to purchase the item. What if the child knows the parent's password and the parent doesn't
want to change it?

I think there should be an option to SET A PASSWORD for store purchases, this will allow parent's to set a password seperate of the account. Sure you can reset your account password but here is the problem.

For example my family has an arrangement with my mother's ex, he will allow us to use his account to play games which means we need his account password, however because his account is also connected to bank accounts, my brother purchased a game on his account,
because he knew his account password, whereas if he had a seperate password to purchase store goods, he could allow us to use his account but not purchase items.

Me and my family use the XBOX-ONE, and it is great, but it seriously is devastating when a young person spends valuable money because they don't quite know much about purchasing things.

Simply put, add an option to set a password for purchasing from the store. This will greatly impact unauthorized purchases, sure you can get through 1 password, how easy is it to get through 2 different ones?
